2.1 Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how OOMLO, a brand of Dashing Media LLC, collects, uses, and shares information from visitors to oomlo.com, applicants to the Creator Partners program, Studio customers, and account holders.
2.2 What we collect

2.3 How we use it and where it lives
We use this information to review and respond to applications, deliver Studio services, operate your account, run the calculator and quiz, send the messages described in §2.4, and measure how the site is used. Contact and program data lives primarily in GoHighLevel, our customer relationship platform; orders and accounts live in WordPress/WooCommerce on our hosting provider; partner sales and payout data lives on Whop under your own Whop account, which OOMLO can see only through the affiliate relationship it establishes for the program.
2.4 Messages we send you
If you apply to the program, register an account, or purchase Studio, we send transactional messages related to that relationship (application status, booking confirmations, order receipts, delivery updates) by email and, if you provide a number and opt in, by WhatsApp. If you use the calculator or quiz and give an email, or if you interact with our cold outreach, we may send a small number of marketing messages; every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops marketing messages without affecting transactional ones. We honor unsubscribe and Do Not Sell or Share requests as described in §2.6.
2.5 Who we share it with
We share information with the service providers that make OOMLO run: Whop (Creator Partners sales, tracking, and payouts), Stripe (Studio and house-product payments), GoHighLevel (contact records, messaging, scheduling), Zoom (calls), and our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information under the new owner.
2.6 Your choices
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information by writing to hello@oomlo.com or, for account data, using your account dashboard. You may opt out of marketing messages via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You may exercise a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" choice via the link in our footer and cookie banner; because OOMLO does not sell personal information, this control governs the sharing of technical/advertising data described in §2.7. New Mexico does not currently have a comprehensive privacy statute granting a standalone legal right to these choices (verified 2026-09-24); OOMLO honors them for every visitor as a matter of policy, regardless of state of residence.
2.7 Cookies and similar technology

2.8 Children's privacy
OOMLO's site, program, and Studio are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we delete it.
2.9 Data retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active and as required afterward by tax and accounting law (generally seven years for financial records). Program data for a signed Creator Partner Agreement is retained per the Creator Partner Terms (§5.7). Calculator inputs sent by email are retained for 30 days and then purged. Declined applications are archived and then deleted after 12 months. Cold-outreach contacts who never reply are not retained in our systems beyond the outreach platform itself.
2.10 Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, two-factor authentication on administrative access, and signed webhooks between our systems, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
2.11 Data breach notification
If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by the New Mexico Data Breach Notification Act (NMSA 57-12C), generally within 45 days of discovering the breach, and take the steps that law requires.
